Joan has been living & selling Real Estate in “Durham” since 1980. She has been a consistent TOP PRODUCER in Real Estate & has won numerous awards including Presidents Club, Executive Club,  “ HALL OF FAME” & LIFE TIME achievement awards! What she is most proud of is the number of families that she moved in their first homes and now their children are coming to her to buy their first homes while Mom and Dad move on to the next chapter in their lives.
